Brittany Hodge (she/her) has spent her career helping others achieve their goals. She is a trauma-informed leader with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside clients to evolve and take action towards their own growth.

Brittany began her career providing direct services to people experiencing partner abuse, violence, poverty, mental health, substance use issues, systemic oppression, and society's failures. After 9 years of leading the organization's program strategy and evaluation efforts at St. Anthony’s in San Francisco, she was promoted to the Director of Programs. She managed 8 programs that serve over 10,000 people annually. During her tenure, she launched a Social Enterprise Safety Services program that offers alternative security options to nonprofit and public sector organizations. At the beginning of this year, she transitioned into a new leadership role to develop the organization’s Learning and Staff Development program.

Brittany is a certified coach, experienced facilitator, and trainer. She is a certified Dare to Lead facilitator that teaches leaders how to have courage at work. She’s extensively studied how to cultivate workplace wellness and how to minimize individual burnout. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Indiana University and a Master degree in Public Administration from San Francisco State University. During her time there, she concentrated her studies on program evaluation and organizational development.

Brittany lives in the Bay Area with her family. She’s a sucker for anything that is “woo”, astrology, or personal development related. As a Manifesting Generator, Enneagram 3, and iD on the DiSC profile, she is always starting a new hobby or challenge. You can find her on Peloton or cautiously roller skating around her kid’s playground. She believes in a solid morning routine that always includes a great cup of coffee. She is not known for small talk and is just one of those people to who you will want to immediately tell your secrets to.
